Dr. Mariam Al Zaabi holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Damascus University (2015) and a Master’s degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics (2020). She is licensed as a Specialist Orthodontist in Syria and holds a DOH eligibility license in Abu Dhabi.
With clinical experience from 2021 to 2024 at a private clinic in Damascus, Dr. Mariam has treated a wide range of orthodontic cases using fixed appliances, removable devices, and clear aligners for both adults and children. She also performed extractions, endodontic treatments, crowns, bridges, and conservative restorations.
She is a Certified Invisalign Provider.
She has published two clinical studies in AJO-DO Clinical Companion, focusing on canine retraction techniques using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT).
